Que con “aulas vacías” se encubre la violencia de género y violencia intrafamiliar, que se manifiesta en el comportamiento del alumno-victima en las aulas. Son los docentes en el claustro que lo advierten, y de continuar sin presencialidad en la institución escolar se torna ilusoria la prosecución y cumplimiento de las políticas públicas a su respecto. Pues se impide abrir los mecanismos de prevención y/o investigación que suele darse en el ámbito escolar.
Que con “aulas vacías” se producen daños físicos y psicológicos, agudizando a su vez los preexistentes, afectando el derecho a la salud integral y a los derechos del niño, niñas y adolescentes (Art. 14 de la ley 26061). Los chicos no acceden de igual manera a los comedores escolares y su nutrición está empeorando.
Asimismo, a causa de la falta de interacciones diarias con sus compañeros y la reducción de la movilidad, están perdiendo su salud física y están mostrando síntomas de trastornos mentales.
Que con “aulas vacías” se aumenta la brecha socioeconómica, y las desigualdades entre los que menos y más tienen. Es claro que lo de mayores recursos podrían adquirir los complementos humanos y materiales para el desarrollo de sus hijos, lo que les queda vedado a los que no tienen ingresos-; se AFECTA el debido desarrollo en la estructura de pensamiento del estudiante -la educación no es solo informar sobre los contenidos, además se atiende la inteligencia emocional, la corporalidad del alumno, la interacción con su pares, etc.- y se ANULA la capacidad de análisis crítico, pues deberá ser incentivado, teniendo en cuenta la diversidad cultural que se manifiesta en los distintos hogares.
Las “aulas vacías” afectan el desarrollo cognitivo, emocional y creativo. La capacidad de los chicos de leer, escribir y a realizar operaciones matemáticas básicas también se ha deteriorado, y las habilidades que necesitan para salir adelante en la economía del siglo XXI han disminuido. Esto afecta no sólo a toda una generación de jóvenes sino también al desarrollo científico, tecnológico y económico de la Argentina de las próximas décadas.
A futuro, las políticas educativas erráticas, en este contexto, también afectará “… la preparación para el ejercicio de la ciudadanía, su formación para a convivencia democrática… , esenciales en un Estado de Derecho (Arts. 15 y 16 de la ley 26.061).
